Empowering Your Clients To Build Life Skills.

Working with horses creates a unique memory that causes the attendee to remember the training far longer than sitting in ‘just-another classroom’. Participants will gain empowerment through group exercises that focus on individual qualities and at the same time, they will have some extreme fun and life changing moments. All skills learned in the arena are paralleled back to their everyday lives, ensuring that the learned skills are transferred to how they deal with people, choices and the world around them. By working with their horse teachers, participants will build strong, solid skills that they can draw upon when they are faced with choices in everyday life. Our 8-week program series, north of Boston, builds on one particular skill each week and then continues building on those skills as the participants move to the next week.

Working With Organizations To Help Empower

Your Clients In Rebuilding Their Lives

A life skills development series designed to empower women and men in their life journeys, helping them to move forward with confidence and reclaim their power by building critical life skills that are paralleled back to their own worlds in a safe and unique environment!

This 8-week curriculum series has been set up to provide direction for the women and men in your groups who are rebuilding their lives from addiction, domestic violence, trauma or abuse and who are looking for results! Participants develop life skills such as communication, problem solving, empathy, active listening, appropriate assertiveness, and healthy boundaries by working with the horses to successfully navigate obstacles and overcome challenges. These programs incorporate the experiential learning cycle, through classroom time, arena time and reflection time. This produces an authentic learning experience and allows for the learned skill to be easily implemented into the clients everyday life.

There is no horseback riding in this program, but rather working with the horses on the ground and using their responses to help participants to move forward in their lives. They work hard to push us to a new level where we can feel confident and competent in ourselves and in our abilities.

Our Goal Is To Help Your Clients Live The Lives They Were Truly Meant For.

At Horses Healing Hearts, we're on a mission to empower women and men - who deserve nothing less than their best selves every day. Our life skills programs and activities are designed with the goal of helping your clients find their own personal empowerment, teaching skills for healthy relationships, healthy communication, boundary setting and more.

This isn’t a loose cannon. Through our proven and researched programs, the Fundamental Principals and Form of Delivery we can guarantee an outcome. The learned skills don’t just stay in the arena. All objectives are paralleled back to everyday life and help clients to gain the skills and the self-esteem necessary to reintegrate back into the lives they were truly meant for.

Equine Assisted Learning through Horses Healing Hearts is NOT equine therapy. We do not require a clinical professional with us to do these exercises and programs. Equine Assisted Learning works, because the teachers are the horses!

Connect with us to learn how you and your organization can work collaboratively with us and our evidence-based approach, to help your clients become empowered while hitting objectives and building critical life skills that are parallel to yours.

What People Are Saying

“Today I learned that instead of always taking from others, I have the ability to help others as well. I also need to learn to not just shove people aside, because of me thinking that they don’t have the ability to teach me something. When every person has something to offer."
