Horses Healing Hearts, Inc. creates second chances for both humans and horses by fostering healing, learning, and personal growth through the power of the horse–human bond.
Through equine-assisted services, experiential education, and skill-building programs, we support emotional wellness, confidence, and resilience while providing educational enrichment for youth through Horse related learning initiatives. Participants of all ages build life skills, strengthen connections, and rediscover their potential while the horses in our care, whether rescued or fostered, are rehabilitated and given renewed purpose as trusted partners in this work.

Horses Healing Hearts envisions a world where healing, education, and opportunity come together creating pathways for individuals and families to grow, learn, and thrive alongside horses.
We strive to be a place where people gain confidence, emotional strength, academic support, and practical life skills, and where horses find safety, care, and meaningful partnership. Through empathy, education, and the horse–human bond, we are building a welcoming community that serves veterans and first responders, children and youth, families, seniors, and those navigating life’s challenges, where learning is experiential, healing is natural, and connection lasts a lifetime.
New Addition
Expanding Our Circle of Care
We recently welcomed "Hope" a Great Pyrenees puppy into our program. Now 17 months old, she has become a calm and comforting presence for the people we serve, including veterans, seniors, and children. Through gentle companionship and quiet connection, she helps reduce anxiety and stress while offering a sense of safety, reassurance, and belonging.
Whether sitting alongside a veteran, greeting a child with a soft nuzzle, or providing steady comfort to a senior participant, she plays a meaningful role in creating the nurturing, trauma-informed environment at the heart of our work.
